About Us
Under the successful stewardship of founders John and David Lannen L&L’s philosophy of “customer first” continues to dominate everything we do.
Both the day to day operations and the long term development of the company are focused on quality and service. Our PVCu products are designed, manufactured and installed by us. We also offer a selected range of aluminium and timber items. These are sourced from manufactures that have been scrutinised by our Technical Department to ensure that the quality of these products reflects that of our own.
L&L currently employ over 35 staff involved in sales, survey, manufacture, installation, service, administration and customer care.
Our Showroom and Head Office are located in Red Lane in the picturesque market town of Tewkesbury. Sales, Survey and Administration departments are based here and a warm welcome awaits any visitor, so please feel free to call in for refreshments and a friendly chat. There is dedicated customer parking available.
The building retains a wealth of period features and is an ideal setting to display many of our products. Customers are encouraged to call in and try out our doors, windows, secondary glazing etc. Help and advice is always on hand in a pleasant pressure free environment.
Our Manufacturing Department is based at Kennet Close on the Tewkesbury Business Park. Here we manufacture our energyLOCK PVCu products. We highly recommend that customers visit our factory for a guided tour where they can see our trained and experienced technicians at work. Pre booking is essential so please ask your consultant. Kennett Close is also the base for our Installation and Service teams.
We offer you a complete double glazing service which includes a free consultancy and quotation service, full customer care facilities, an accurate survey prior to work commencing, a professional installation service and a the reassurance of a ten year insurance backed guarantee and free annual maintenance check for ten years. In addition our Service Department offers a repair facility on PVCu and aluminium products.
L&L’s staff are employed and trained by L&L. All of our energyLOCK and partner products are made to measure. We are members of the Glass & Glazing Federation (www.ggf.org.uk), FENSA (www.fensa.co.uk) and are accredited by the Trust Mark Scheme (www.trustmark.org.uk) .
