''Earlier this year your firm erected a conservatory at my address. From the onset, all the workmen who participated in the project were first class. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
With regard to the conservatory it has added dimension to our bungalow which we would not have thought possible beforehand.
I cannot end this letter without also giving you great credit for your after care service. If the treatment we received from your service man was an example then in my opinion the cost of the conservatory was money well spent.''

''On 25th April 2008 I had a new window fitted in my landing at the above address by your company. This first required making the hole in the external wall.
I am writing in praise of your two fitters, Dale and Jon who made a marvellous job. Although a lintel was required the disruption to the internal wall was an absolute minimum. As L&L fitted replacement windows and doors about five years ago, I was expecting a good job. However on this occasion my expectations were surpassed.
L&L have again proved what an excellent service can be provided by local companies, and I will gladly recommend you.''
