When West Mercian Property Ltd first came to us to discuss this tender, we did think this might not be for us. Three plots usually means a tight cost budget per plot & a cheap approach is required. But in this case, the client was after creating a healthy working relationship with a quality glazing provider having experienced below average service in the past & liked the sound of L+L Installations. The fact that we would provide a full 10 year insurance backed guarantee to their end client as well as our renowned FREE Annual Inspection definitely ticked a box and the rest as they say is history. 
 
We started by discussing a lot of design for Plot 1 & met in our showroom & on site several times to hone some of the detail. Once this was underway we quite quickly followed on with the specification & ordering for Plot 2 before Plot 1 was even delivered, which for us showed a lot of trust on their part. 
 
The site consists of two detached two storey properties with single storey abutting living areas, plus a single detached bungalow. All have garaging & a generous sized garden area to the rear.
