John & David Lannen
Founders & proud owners of L+L Installations Ltd.
Both John & David play a lead role within the day to day running of the company they set up originally as a partnership back in 1981. Having worked in the industry previously they had a good knowledge of what was the right way to go about providing the right level of service & quality to ensure repeat business.
Their initial intention was to earn a living & support their two young families, however when you have a good thing, word soon gets about & before long they realised they were going to need to bring in more help to cope with the interest for their honest & quality approach to double glazing.
The business gained a loyal following of local clients who of course passed on their name to people they knew & within only a few years The name of 'L+L' was widely known for being a dependable & quality led company in double glazing.

Reception & Customer Care
For those who don't know, we have a dedicated duo at the start of your journey with L+L.
Nicky is our Receptionist & Debbie covers all matters relating to Customer Care.
They are usually the first person you meet, or first voice you hear when contacting us here at L+L.
Both have been with the company for a good many years & will helpfully place your enquiry in the right direction. Between them, they also take care of admin behind the scenes making sure your guarantees, registrations & FREE Annual Inspections are properly actioned.

The Sales Team
Our sales team consists of James, Mike & Chris who all have a deep knowledge of the L+L process & products.
Each specialises in certain areas whether it be a simple house window or door, through to a large Architectural glazing project & everything in between, they have the expertise to help you choose the correct product for the job.
Initially they will offer you a home visit, or one in our showroom where they will guide you through what we can offer.
A visit to see you after the work is carried out is also a great side to their job where they get to see your new installation & importantly, make sure you are pleased with the end result.

The Survey Team
Our Surveyor Jon along with our Survey Manager Rob take charge of your job once you have placed an order. They arrange with you to carry out a detailed measure & are responsible for the accuracy of your order, liaising with the sales team as well as our own factory, (or supplier if a Partner Product) to ensure the items are manufactured correctly & as expected.
A lot goes on behind the scenes within this dept before being passed onto the next stage.

Factory Team
Our team of fabricators are headed up by Andy our Factory Manager & we believe they have a combined total of over 150 years of fabrication experience between them!
All also have a skilled knowledge of the L+L process & why we build our products as we do.
Reinforcing our profiles & adding strength where it isn't seen for example.
And why the use of good quality components to create our OPTiMAL uPVC window and door range is so important.
The right fit
The Installation Team
Our installation teams are who come to your home to carry out the fitting of your order.
They all know how to treat your home & pride themselves in leaving somewhere better than they found it, as is quite often mentioned in our many reviews & letters of thanks.
Each team is well equiped with tools, dust sheets for floors as well as furniture & all carry their trusty Henry Vacuum.
Although they are pretty self sufficient, a tea or coffee ususally goes down well, especially on a cold day!
Taking care of you
The Service Team
Our service team of Julian & Robin is led by Phil our Service Manager who between them it seems, can fix almost anything!
Robin & Phil have a long background in double glazing service work & Julian is a qualified locksmith.
Phil is who you generally speak to first whether it be for a minor niggle or your FREE Annual Inspection & he will swiftly book you in as required.
They also regularly undertake work on non-L+L products so if you have a query, please do get in touch & they will do their best to help.

All of the staff at L+L are employed and trained by us. We don’t subcontract, so you can be completely confident that the quality of our work and that of our products will always be to the very highest standards.
Similarly, all of our OPTiMAL and partner products are made-to-measure, bespoke and tailored specifically for your individual needs.
We are members of FENSA, a government-authorised scheme that monitors building regulation compliance for replacement windows and doors.
Every FENSA Approved Installer, from large national brands to small local companies, is assessed regularly to ensure its standards are continually maintained.
